Six photographers compete for a publishing contract and the opportunity to have their work exhibited in an internationally renowned gallery. Each week, they must complete a series of assignments designed to test their abilities across the various photographic disciplines beginning with the art of portraiture.
The two contestants who least impress photographer Martin Parr, director of the Photographers' Gallery Brett Rogers and gallery owner Alex Proud, will be removed from the competition.
